Schaefer Outfitter is a premium western wear brand and their core customers have been with them for decades. The brand had been anchored by printed catalogs since the 80s and was late in transitioning to a more digitally-driven presence. They needed to update their look and attract new customers without alienating their base.

SOLUTION 

The brand had always been heavily rooted in workdays on the ranch, but every Ranch Hand goes home to their family at night, takes vacations, and spends time with friends. “For Land. For Life.” expanded the brand beyond work hours and resonated with an entirely new audience. Online sales increased by 85%. For every dollar invested in social, we saw a 10X the increase in ROI.
